Haidee Hart is our resident chef and the tour de force behind the food and food photography at Stowel Lake Farm. She is supported by a diverse collection of talented help in the kitchen, and her direct collaboration with our farmers means that food served during our retreats is truly 'farm to table.' Haidee has a special reputation for serving beautiful arrays of food on incredible, and often ridiculously heavy, serving platters.
